34-story residential tower will feature 356 units, a rooftop game room, business center, private dining with a catering kitchen, two pools, and multiple communal alcoves. The project is comprised of a series of stacked, shifted cubes organized in pairs on four levels of the building. This arrangement opens inner sections of the building and creates unique alcoves, giving the residential tower its name of Alcove.
