9-story, 450,000 sf, cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking structure with a 1,300-car capacity. The structure contains a fully encapsulated post-tensioning system utilizing 0.60” diameter tendons, the first application of its kind for a new parking structure in the City of Chicago.
