A mixed-use high-rise development located in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The structure, roughly L-shaped, is comprised of a 4-story podium with 12 floors of hotel space above and a 52-story adjacent tower. Our team completed the structural work of the almost 1 million square foot development in less than 11 months, pouring approximately 41,000 cubic yards of concrete and placing 2,700 tons of reinforcing steel and 500,000 pounds of post-tensioning
