This four-level parking structure with 655 parking spaces was built on a site that was once part of the Maxwell/Halsted Street market. The cast-in-place, post-tensioned structure includes a precast concrete exterior that features façades from historical buildings from the old district. These façades were salvaged during demolition and were restored for use on the new parking structure.
